Karen Hardy - Company Director 

At Victoria House, we pride ourselves on having a very experienced, dedicated and hardworking staff team. Our staff all well qualified and have a very friendly and enthusiastic approach to providing the very best of childcare. We are dedicated to the well-being and development of each individual child.

The staff team is led by the manager - Michelle Llewellyn, who has a BA Honary degree in Early Years and the assistant manager - Gemma Manders.

We operate a Key worker system within the nursery so that each member of staff has a number of children for whom they have particular responsibility.
